Reason for Different Virtual Hosts for AA and SSO with Shibboleth IdP

Due to a bug with Apache 2, it is necessary to run some IdP services on different ports/virtual hosts. The first vhost is used to handle the IdP's Single Sign On service (SSO) while the second is used to handle the IdP's Attribute Authority (AA).
